  • As a key technical and business development team member Scott was responsible for increasing sales from $8M/quarter to over $45M/quarter in 2000.
  • Scott was directly involved in the close of over $20M in revenues.

Applications Engineer – Application Specific Integrated Circuits

  • Scott directly contributed to the success of ASIC by managing new North American tactical cores and cells during all phases of technical development for ASIC's largest Customers.
  • ASIC design flow expert and CAD Tool specialist.

Co-Operative Education Program

  • Strategic Marketing
    • Scott developed and implemented first business tracking database and report generating system for ASIC business unit. Business indices included estimated lifetime revenue, average unity price and cycle time were created and reported monthly to senior management.
  • Productization
    • Scott generated electrical models for ASIC packages and analyzed AC characterization data to ensure product performance met key customer specifications.
  • Device Failure Analysis Lab
    • Scott investigated failed ASIC devices and generated failure analysis reports identifying critical process, testing and design faults for direct customer support. Developed operational standards and guidelines for new equipment.
  • Received TI Employee Recognition Award in 1993 for innovations in strategic business data management and in 1996 for innovative technical solutions for a key customer.
